Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Cancellation:
You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking and before the license start date.
If you cancel your booking after the license start date and before the move-in date, the token amount and rent for the number of days from the license start will be deducted.
If cancellation occurs after moving in and within 3 days, onboarding charges and rent for the number of days from the license start date will be deducted.
If you cancel after 3 days of moving in, relocation will be required.

Refund Process:
In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Service Booking:
For service bookings, you will receive a 100% discount if you cancel the booking within 24 hours and before the service starts.
Once the service has commenced, visiting charges and reasonable service fees will be deducted based on the efforts involved
