- As per Maharashtra Rent Act 1999, if the property location is in urban area then Registration fee is INR 1000, otherwise INR 500
- For DOORSTEP biometric verification process, our executive will visit your home to complete the process step
- For REMOTE biometric verification, the biometric device will be couriered to you and the process will be completed via remote assistance
- The last party (renter or landlord) executing the agreement should arrange for two witnesses whose biometrics will also be required. You can contact us if you are unable to arrange the witnesses.
